This is a bugfix release. All bug fixes from 1.0.0 - 1.0.2 releases were backported to ver. 0.9.7.
It may also contain small new features, because sometimes it was hard to separate features from bug fixes.
The binaries (Windows and Linux) for this release are available for free.
